At Dvior, we take great pride in offering carefully curated, personalized, and handcrafted gifts tailored just for you. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Exchange & Return Policy.

🛑 No Exchange or Returns

All sales made on our website are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Customized Products: As our gifts are personalized or made-to-order, they cannot be resold.
  • Corporate Orders: Bulk or branded corporate gifting is created specifically per client request.
  • Hygiene & Packaging: Many of our products are sealed, packed for gifting, or perishable in nature.

📦 What If My Order is Damaged or Incorrect?

While we do not allow returns or exchanges, we will always support you in case of:

  • Damaged product during delivery
  • Wrong item received

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Your order ID and contact information

We will review your request and offer a resolution at our discretion.
